The Auditorium of the Louvre
Events at the Auditorium aim to complement and extend your visit at the Louvre. The varied programs range from lectures and symposia on archaeology, art history, and museum studies to shows, readings, films, and concerts.
Every season, plays, shows, and readings explore the links between the visual arts and literature, performances, choreography, and music. Invited artists are encouraged to show their works not only in the Auditorium, but also in other spaces within the museum and the Tuileries Garden, so as to engage fully with the artworks and architecture. Stories and shows for children are also offered.
