Renovation of the galleries devoted to northern European paintings from the 17th to the 19th century
From April 2016 to February 2017, the Musée du Louvre is renovating the galleries devoted to northern European paintings from the 17th to the 19th century (rooms 17 to 39 and A to F, 2nd floor, Richelieu wing).
The museum is also preparing an exhibition dedicated to Vermeer (22 February–22 May 2017).

A new tour: "Sculpting the Body"
The museum's Tactile Gallery presents themed displays that give the blind and visually impaired, as well as children and sighted visitors who wish to experience tactile exploration, the opportunity to touch casts of the museum's artworks. A new tactile tour on the sculpted body will open on May 28.
The Louvre is open every day (except Tuesday) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
