Exhibition Frans PostBrazil in the Court of Louis XIV

As part of France’s Year of Brazil (March–December 2005), the Louvre hosts an exhibition of Frans Post’s works, depicting the first known landscapes of the New World. Strikingly colorful and bathed in light.
