Exhibition TungaThe Meeting of Two Worlds
from September 29, 2005 to December 19, 2005
A tribute to Brazil beneath the Pyramid of the Louvre in the form of a work by the contemporary Brazilian artist, Tunga. Black and gold dominate in this symbol of the links between the New World and the Old Continent.
The exhibition is made possible by the generous support of Mr. Max Blumberg and Mr. Eduardo Araújo (American Friends of the Louvre), and the French organizing committee of "Brésils, Brésils" (Accor, Arcelor, Areva, CNP Assurances, Suez).
The work was created with the support of La Galerie Templon.
