Financial Support from LCL Le Crédit Lyonnais

Crédit Lyonnais has provided significant financial support for the development of the Louvre's Web site, reflecting the company's interest in important, innovative, technological projects of this type, and its mission to provide active support for major initiatives in the growing, and increasingly popular, cultural sector. Crédit Lyonnais is pleased to support the Louvre as a center for French and world heritage, accessible to a vast global audience via the Internet.

Under the terms of the partnership, Crédit Lyonnais is able to offer a Carte Louvre Jeunes to all of its customers aged 18–25. The card gives unlimited free access to the Louvre and its temporary exhibitions, for one year.

The Louvre is now the largest museum in the world, housing and protecting some of the human spirit's most beautiful creations. Crédit Lyonnais is proud to play a role in showcasing these treasures to the world.

In-Kind Sponsorship from Accenture

www.louvre.fr: an active commitment from Accenture since 2001

Accenture is a global management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing company. In 2001, it responded to a request from the Louvre to help the museum conduct a wide-ranging new technologies program.

Initially, the program was intended to support the Louvre's program of cultural communication, help promote its image, and reach out to new audiences, as a basis for future development.

Accenture's support for the Louvre took the form of a competency partnership: a team of consultants deployed at the museum provided support for project management, technological innovations, Internet, mobility, data safety, etc. Accenture is proud to offer its expertise and performance culture to further the mission of a major world institution such as the Musée du Louvre.

By agreeing to extend its competency partnership until 2006, Accenture's support has become a long-term factor in the life of the museum, and an act of committed citizenship.

Accenture and Corporate Citizenship
For the past several years, Accenture has worked with a number of cultural and humanitarian institutions around the world, such as La Scala in Milan, the Steven Spielberg Foundation, Shoah, the National Museum of Fine Arts in Stockholm, and England's Royal Shakespeare Company.

Accenture's international Foundation sponsors educational activities designed to help people overcome the world's digital divide.

In France, the Foundation supports projects in two priority areas each year: music, and humanitarian and charitable projects. The Foundation discovers and sponsors talented young musicians who need support early in their careers. It also provides financial support for humanitarian and charitable associations, for which Accenture staff regularly provide their expertise.
