The collections are organized into three major geographical and cultural groupings—Mesopotamia, Iran, and the Levant—displayed on the ground floor of the Richelieu wing and the northern side of the Sully wing (around the Cour Carrée).
The Louvre offers both cultural and educational activities, including guided tours, workshops, and classes. Self-guided visits in the galleries and a quarterly calendar can help you discover—or rediscover—our collections.
