Presentation

The Musée du Louvre occupies a 40-hectare site in the heart of Paris, on the Right Bank of the Seine. Surrounded by fountains, the celebrated Pyramid by the architect I. M. Pei crowns the central reception hall, leading to some 60,000 square meters of permanent galleries and exhibition spaces.
