There are no fewer than 15 cafes, restaurants, and takeaway outlets located throughout the Louvre, and the Carrousel and Tuileries gardens, offering both table service and takeaway food.
The Café Mollien
The Café Mollien, at the heart of the museum on the first floor of the Denon wing, opens onto the French painting galleries. The terrace, open in the summer, overlooks the Cour Napoléon and the Carrousel Garden. It is an ideal spot for a quick lunch or a coffee break.
The Café Diane
Located in the heart of the Tuileries Garden, the Café Diane offers superb views of the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. The menu is international with an exotic twist, served at terrace tables or to take away.
The Louvre is open every day (except Tuesday) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
