Ombudsman of consumer affairs

In the event of a dispute between the EPML and the Visitor, the Parties shall attempt to find a mutually acceptable solution.

If a mutually acceptable solution cannot be found, the Visitor reserves the right as a consumer, as defined in the introductory article of the French Consumer Code, to file a complaint with the ombudsman of consumer affairs with relevant jurisdiction (AME CONSO), within one year of sending their claim to the EPML by post.

Complaints must be filed with AME CONSO either:

- via the dedicated online form on the AME CONSO website, www.mediationconso-ame.com

- via post, addressed to AME CONSO, 197 Boulevard Saint-Germain, 75007 Paris
