Great Tits are mainly observed beneath the branches of the groves.

Since 2016, the Louvre has been working with the French League for the Protection of Birds (LPO) for the installation, monitoring, maintenance and relocation of nest boxes for Great Tits.

As of 2025, there were twenty-two wooden nest boxes designed for them..
